Monty Captain in 2010 Ryder Cup
Colin Montgomerie will lead Europe's bid to win back the Ryder Cup in 2010 after being confirmed as captain for the tournament at Celtic Manor.
Montgomerie replaces Nick Faldo, who was heavily criticised following Europe's record defeat in 2008, with the 45-year-old getting the nod ahead of Sandy Lyle and Jose Maria Olazabal for the role.
