Twenty asks: “I was teeing it up ready to hit a real show-topping drive but when the ball was on the tee, I pressed some grass down behind it because it was cramping my style. Me homeboy said that wasn’t dope and accused me of cheating. What’s the rule?

Well Twenty, your homeboy ain’t dope. You can press down or break off any grass when you are on the teeing ground. This is rule 13-2. I hope that homeboy wasn’t your best friend because he don’t know squat about the rules of golf! Bye for now!
