Faldo and Monty Bitchslapping Looms

Mrs Doubtfire lookalike Colin Montgomerie has revealed has hasn’t spoken to Nick Faldo since the 3 time masters champion accused him of not being a team player about two months ago. Faldo talked to the media saying Mrs Doubtfire’s missing three of the five team meetings at The Heritage was “disappointing” and added that Monty was the only player “who’s emotions I had to deal with”. At last years ryder cup Monty was noticeably the only player not to join in the celebrations on top of the K-Club clubhouse and has a repuation for not being “one of the boys”. Monty responded somewhat diplomatically to Faldo’s comments writing “We haven't been in touch since, but I really don't think that matters. We have known each other for years and have a lot of shared history and I am confident that both of us can move on from here without anything being said." If Monty plays his way into the team, or happens to be one of Faldo’s wild card picks it will make for an interesting team spirit amongst the Europeans at the 2008 Ryder Cup which is to be held at Valhalla n Kentucky. We hope for everybodys sake that Faldo and Mrs Doubtfire will be thinking of birdies and not bitchslapping when it comes time to down the Americans.
