Tiger Delivers Ass Whoopin’ At Tour Championship & Wins FedEx Cup

The chosen one shot a ho-hum final round 66 to win the Tour Championship by eight shots and take the FedEx Cup and the 10 million that goes along with it. On his way to winning the FedEx Cups final event he beat Masters Champion Zach Johnson by 8 shots (as well as rubbing it in by hitting into him on a Par 5), British Open Champ Padraig Harrington by 16 strokes and World No 2 Phil Mickelson by 18 Shots. Also along the way he broke the Tour Championship scoring record by 6 shots. His last five tournaments he played in a combined 75 under par and Steve Williams let one out of the bag when he announced “he hasn’t hit a practice ball since the British Open. The win was Tigers 61st Tour victory and brings his 2007 earnings to 10,876, 052, the 2nd highest next to Vijays 2004 season. However, Vijay took 29 tournaments and Tiger only 16. He also pockets the 10 million for winning the FedEx Cup but has to wait until he’s at least 45 until cashing in. Somehow we don’t think the wait will bother him.
