How to bounce balls on your wedge like Tiger woods
First you have to use a wedge, preferably a 60 degree wedge if you have one. Make sure you grip it so the face is pointing directly skywards like this. Now scoop the ball up like this and away you go. The key is in the way you move the club. It must be straight up and down so the face stays parallel with the ground. You must also do quick small movements and not bounce the ball too high until you get good. After you can do 30 or so with ease, try the between the legs like this and around the back of the legs like this, which is a bit harder. You need to have good hand-eye coordination to do this, but with a little practice you can get pretty good at it quite fast.
